For friends and family members of incarcerated individuals, we provide a multitude of communications programs to assure contact is made, every time; Pre-paid calling accounts, electronic mail, voice messaging and prepaid calling cards are all a part of our offering. We also provide multiple funding programs, with multiple access points from the Internet, facility kiosks, Customer Care Centers and Automated Phone Systems, each designed to assist in the funding of accounts. Our friends and family section of our web site also provides friends and family members with a valuable resource tool to deal with the incarceration of a family member or friend.

For ex-offenders, we offer job assistance programs in selected parts of the country. These programs link ex-offenders with employers who are willing to provide jobs. We also provide a special ex-offender area of our web site dedicated to assisting ex-offenders find employment, housing, treatment, community assistance and education.
